I've been reading about your struggles with depression and boy can I empathize. <BR/><BR/>One thing I found for myself was to really try not to feel guilty about it. It's a bad cycle to feel bad about feeling bad and tired. Not that that's by any means an easy thing. <BR/><BR/>You JUST had surgery. It takes time for the body to recover from that and the effects of general anaesthesia can be cumulative.<BR/><BR/>I know you're feeling bad right now and I really really wish I could make it better for you.
